Our open Dining Room and Bar Area comfortably sits 30 guests. We consider our menu to be "higher end" to accommodate our American Plan guests. On occasion, our House Keeping guests also make dinner reservations.
The Dining Room is also open to the public - but by reservation only. Please call the lodge to make dining reservations before noon on the day you wish to dine with us. On good weather days some guests prefer to have their dinner served on our 1500 square foot deck overlooking the lake. The view is spectacular. The deck is connected to the Dining room and Bar area and has a fireplace.
Our Bar and Lounge Area is the perfect place for our guests to talk about the days' catch, have a cold drink with their guide, plan the next day over the map, or watch sports on our 52" flat screen TV.
Typical Menu Plan Monday - 12oz New York Steak served with Portabello mushroom Tuesday - An inch thick cut spiced pork chop, breaded and served with apple sauce Wednesday - Two succulent chicken breasts baked to perfection Thursday - 8oz rib eye served with 5 large tiger prawns Friday - Baby back ribs, no explanation needed!! Saturday - Perfectly roasted prime rib Sunday - Pasta night - two pastas to choose from as well as salad and garlic rolls
